Up to date Group has free cash 21 million but mcap only 28m , yearly revenue 400m . It's a bargain price as well

Company only have 31m shares in market , CEO is holding 27% bought at 253p , institutional investors & BOD together holding close to 97% shares .. very little shares floating in market .. little buy will go to skyrocket

Yes company has free cash & profits , they can do buy back and/ or dividends . BOD targets to bring back 250p per shares which was last year price

It looks like there was a match between the buyer/seller.

Strange the buyback is to buy almost every day and propel the price up.

Perhaps there will be more buybacks, as they have the resources for it.

By my calculations they've now bought 447,000 shares at a cost of £497271.50. so that's pretty much done for the buy back.
