Plunge posted a great article that suggested that talks with a government for the supply of gas was at an advanced stage and track record of new team suggests they know how to close a deal.

Bronislav - there is something definitely happening - primarily looks like a buyer at work hence the price moving up on sells and mms not knowing how to set the prices when someone buys or even sells...this shot up a few minutes ago to 13-14 but was reset to 12.5-13.75.....on nothing ...

Interesting rns out on IMIC.hanesh kanabar is the chairman and is linked to Gasol and involves raising capital which may be positive for us in that the people from china who are investing in Imic,s infrastructure plans for guinea may be interested in Gasols strategy.A report out yesterday about Ghana stated that the country's gas infrastructure needed investment to keep pace with power needs.

Great team and a good strategy ,just need to strike the government deal which is claimed to be in the advanced stages and we should see a rerating or you would think that we would see a rerating.

no that's not how it works

there are 2 cash needs for GAS - 1 ongoing and 1 possible IF there is a deal

1.Working capital - they have a 2.5 mill gbp convertible loan facility and spent 1.5 mill last year...they will draw down on it as required

2.Project capital - this would be required to fund or part fund any project they agree to enter into - raising the funding would be part of the project lifecycle and could be done via a number of traditional or not so traditional project funding means.

Number 1 is used to make number 2 happen... the business model here has not changed for years in that sense - you would only see funding raised IF there was a project to execute.

moreforus, good to have you back..

I am waiting to see how the fundraising plays out, before committing myself any further.

Any thoughts on fundraising?

Possible placing at 12p?

If they are presenting in November a bit of positive news before that presentation would be helpful.

This is a nice little plan they have here.

Leasing the FSRU's in conjunction with a back to back contract for supply should mean very low CAPEX to enable first revenues, so maybe the first cash call will be lower than I feared!

Nice one plunge. It all sounds good ,we just need some progress and a bit of value via share price

sdt, you could equally substitute the word 'day' for 'consolidation' and teh 1st half of your statement would still be correct.
But back to where I started 'in a few weeks' ? I blood wish!

The problem here I think is that we not only now have a revised strategy, but we also have some rather expensive mouths to feed .... but still no deals with a clear path to monetisation.

every consolidation seems to bring a drop,,, but come on at this rate we will be back to where we started in a few weeks!

When they announced the consolidation so was expected to be 25p and we are getting close to half that level.lots of potential but poor show by company.i shall email again .i suggest others do the same to voice their disapproval.

I would imagine they want it lower before there cash call is announced, the board will then fill there boots and then we can move up??

The share price has decreased by almost 30% since the share consolidation.
I find it very surprising that the company didn't combine the consolidation with a release of news regarding the first LNG deal.
Did they not expect the share price to drift lower otherwise?
