Could be interesting I suppose.

Much depends on the revenue and turnover of the new company Norman Broadbent, and its global penetration.

Those figures (sales/revenue) weren't disclosed. All we know is the new (confident) investors are taking a stake if they get shareholders' approval.

jaknife you did not answer, are you an investor or not....or have you some hidden agenda that you feel it necessary to pass judgement on others. I have never been personal and maybe respecting others opinions and views would be a better view to take. I have my profit and have been in this since upton and southern days. I have chosen to be back in and even although it has dropped slightly since i got back in, I am happy to wait for this to rise again as I belive it will.

If anybody else agrees with my comments then please post....

sem, as I understand it, with all the changes, the private investor will do well in relation to the fact that a.garber and others own so much of the stock, so any buying i believe is going to trigger movement and we are way below the levels before the acquistion that should now put the company in a stronger position to whether any down turn...any comments from others greatly appreciated.

sniffer333, I think the drop today was actually a good thing, I suspect the large rise yesterday was a way of pulling people in, but today as it started to drop, short term investors flew the nest, in that way the mm's get more stock what do you think.

SP action in this stock is still muted because of a PI`s waryness.
However, those that are in a better position to know whats going on are busy building up their stakes. You can take it from that that PI waryness or not, the future is looking a lot brighter for this company and when investor confidence is restored and the heard arrive then we are probably going to see a strong performance in the share price

Sniffer,

Why should he make you a bid of over 7p when the share is only worth 2.5p. Have you forgotten that the company have £3M in debt or do you not have the courage of your own conviction. The debt has not all of a sudden disappeared or possibly this guy have no clue.

I can understand someone that has a view irrespective of right or wrong .. that you can respect.

From this action of buying an apparently overpriced share (from your well respected analysis it is worth 2.5p), either you have not got a clue and your analysis are totally out and inept or you are just two faced: knowing that the company is worth far in excess but trying to con rookie investors into selling so that you can buy cheap.

Which category are you??

You have persistently been here warning everyone that it is worth 2.5p at best> At the very least you should explain to your "loyal followers" who you encouraged to sell untill it gets to 2.5p why all of a sudden it is a good buy at 7.54p.

Just to help you make your choice .. if you are totally wrong in your analysis then you should just refrain from professing to advise or in your own words "BUYERS BEWARE". And if you are a de-ramper conning rookie investors of their money then you are one of a set of the lowest of the low that can be found in BBs.

As stated before those that sell will pay a prenuim to came back into the party as there is not enough stock in free float.

Sniffer,

Finally with respect to how long it will take GAR to pay off the historical debt you seem not to have grasped the only realistic course of action that the company will take.

1. MR GARNER is a major share holder so would not want to dilute his holding un-necessarily, which is good news for the retail investor who are too often diluted out of their holding.
2. Once the shares hit 20p which will not be in distant future the a placing of about 10Mill shares will raise enough to settle historical debt and make the company debt free.
3. if we have similar gowth next year then we may be looking at a half year profit of £500K and a full year profit of close to £1 mill. Even from that platform the prospects becomes a totally new ball game.

Any investors should really have a look at the latest accounts and then make up their mind. Balance sheet not the healthiest I have ever seen. Anyone in from below 5p would be mad not to cash in here.

ShaunJPH,

This is really not looking good. I know that the results will be good but can anyone give me a good reason why yesterday's RNS was released almost at market close, apart from pure incompetence.

You will think that they at least will know the basics of communicating to the market. They just slipped out a good RNS as if they were trying to hide bad news.
If that RNS was released early yesterday or this morning there would have been a stronger reaction by the share price.

A lot of investors watch for RNS and price actions. That news had a sum exposure time of at best 10 minutes.
You will think that if they wanted to inform the market they could at least do so when the market is open and not when it is about to shut shop. If they did not want to inform the market and just wanted to tell share holders then they may as well have just sent us email update.
Currently it seems to me that the only people aware of this good news are those already invested who check the price and company news on a daily basis.

68Steve,

Getting ahead of myself there I am not sure the markets is open on Friday. That means that IC may need to be released on Thursday.

Sniffer333,

Based on PE ratio this has not found its level. The problem is that it was overlooked before now and the rerating saw the price move sharply upwards for two days. Once a share has gone up that quick normal reasoning seems to abandon us and we turn cautious because we stand to loose more. The thinking becomes ... I better lock up profit as it could not last forever. We no longer look at the fundamentals but on what we stand to loose.

I tend to discount where the share price has been and just consider the fundamentals, PE ratio, to guage if there is still value to be extracted from the share.
In this case I believe that there is and I assume that IC and SHARES will note this and comment on this when they report on the company's results. A lot of PI are lemming investors .. currently it is SELL because the share price seems to be falling. Once IC and SHARES reports then it will be BUY because there is still value in the shares.

At least that is what I am hoping for but time will tell. Worst case scenario is that it settles about 7.5p untill GAR adds a new consultant , with current level of staffing at 100K per consultant we are looking at a profit of about £1M next year or a Earning per Share of about 3p.

[For momentuim investors the action is over and there is a new stock in town that is shooting up the leader charts .Momentum investors is not really concerned about the fundamentals or what the company does, the only criteria is the rate of change of share price and you hitch a ride while it lasted then jump out. For fundamentalists the value in this share has not yet been realised, so I am still in].
