Directors - Monthly Share Purchase

On 2 March 2012, The Game Group plc (the "Company") received notification that ordinary shares of 5p each had been purchased on that date, in London, by the Directors and Non-Executive Directors listed below.

These purchases are pursuant to the Trading Agreements to facilitate the automatic purchase of existing shares in the Company, through market purchases on a monthly basis over a twelve month period, as detailed in the announcement by the Company on 27 September 2011.
