Directors: Intention to Purchase Shares in GAME Group plc (the "Company")
The Company has been advised that all board Directors have entered into irrevocable Trading Agreements to facilitate the automatic purchase of existing shares in the Company, through market purchases on a monthly basis over the next twelve months. The Directors have chosen to invest the following percentages of their respective fees or salaries as follows, net of all statutory deductions:
