Total Voting Rights and Share Capital
Galliford Try Holdings plc (LSE:GFRD, the "Company") announces that in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company's issued share capital consists of 104,093,724 ordinary shares of 50 pence each. Each share carries the right to one vote. There are no shares held in treasury.
The total number of voting rights is therefore 104,093,724.
The above figure may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Galliford Try Holdings plc under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
