Correction: Transaction in own shares

In an announcement submitted to market at 7.00 a.m. regarding a transaction in own shares, the number of issued Ordinary Shares was incorrectly stated. It is corrected below.

Transaction in own shares

The Company announces that on 14 May 2018 it purchased 15,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each into treasury at a price of 124.0 pence per share.

The Ordinary Shares bought back will be placed in treasury and as a result the number of Ordinary Shares in issue, Ordinary Shares held in treasury and the total voting rights attached to the issued capital are now as follows:
