GABELLI MERGER PLUS+ TRUST PLC (the 'Company')

Results of Annual General Meeting 5 December 2024

 

The Company announces that at the seventh Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company duly convened and held on 5 December 2024, all Resolutions as set out in the Notice of Meeting were duly passed on a poll.
