The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Gabelli Merger Plus+ Trust Plc is pleased to announce that the full-year dividend in respect of the financial year ended 30 June 2024 of US$0.16 per ordinary share has been declared by the Board, payable on 22 November 2024 to holders of ordinary shares on the register at the close of business on 8 November 2024 (ex-dividend date is 7 November 2024).

The Company expects future dividends, if and when approved and declared by the Board, to be paid based on the actual revenue return per share, prior to the impact of any non-cash deferred taxes.
