The attached individual notifications made under article 19.1 of the Market Abuse Regulation ("MAR") relate to the acquisition of shares by a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"). This announcement is made in accordance with article 19.3 of MAR.

Management has transacted in shares in order to cover tax arising on options vesting, in the reallocation of investments into more tax efficient vehicles and for the realisation of some profit from those options. This completes the buying and selling of shares by management following the vesting of PSP awards on 23 November 2018.
