Classic AIM. Bluster bluster bluster (this lot have been doing it for 20 years without a single penny being returned to shareholders) and all these upfront payments do (as with the numerous previous failed products such as CSD and PET) is pay hundreds of thousands in remuneration to the directors. As I say classic AIM with its usual churn of mug "investors" who finally cotton on, then to be replaced by a new batch of mug "investors".

Really well put bg. It is difficult though to see this company not being absorbed by another or selling off Eroxon in the next 24 months. And as we all know that is the natural order of things. I was a long term holder in GW Pharma a cannabis company which attracted a similar range of comments to those on this BB. Question marks over its efficacy being to the fore always until they did a good commercial deal on one of their products and the whole thing took off and was bought a while later.

There is zero value without an enforceable patent. As was posted these Futura Medical deals all have fine print which needs to be disclosed to investors iike

‘The royalty and the royalty advance may be reduced by such amount (if any) as is agreed or determined by an expert to be fair and reasonable if: (i) any patent application does not proceed to grant or any patent rights are determined to be unenforceable or are revoked or lapse; or (ii) an event occurs which in LRC reasonable opinion adversely affects the commercial viability of the licence agreement or the margins on sales of the Product; or (iii) a competing product is offered’

I will admit that if you'd asked me 6 months ago what the share price would be if the company had gained FDA approval for its product, a US marketing partner, european launch, etc, I'd have been thinking well north of 60p.

That said, all the ducks are lining up in a row, we're likely to have news on a US launch by year end alongside +£5m of sales from the soft european launch with the expectation of considerable 2024 and beyond sales revenue growth.

Upfront payments and warrant exercise remove the need for any cash raise. Further development and marketing costs being incurred by partners, stage payments and royalties flowing back to FUM.

I'm surprised that we are still at a valuation of only £170m, but think that just highlights the hidden value based on the progress of the last year.

So what if Lombard top slice their holding on a rising price, they've supported the company, provided capital and as a cornerstone investor, a supportive entity the company has been able to plan with. Different Investors will want involvement now that the approvals and partnerships are in the bag and as market cap increases, FUM will appear on a wider range of potential investors.

no one has mentioned the CEO's comment about imminent approval in Saudi and subsequent launch, but its a further ratification of the product and progress made.

Looking forward to seeing the US and broader European launch with resultant take-up of the product. the shareprice will look after itself.

Too much Hype as profit takers move in. Remember it was falling before the Hype in the times. Many will lose out.

Those writing the article have another Agenda so should this be allowed!!

No Verification of Validation behind the newspaper claims with many losing their shirt!! Be careful as you can lose a lot of your hard earned cash...

A Punt is a Gamble...head you louse and tails you lose more!!

The clowns who bought into this grossly over valued £150 million market cap gravy train might one day realise that the $4 million (£3 million) payment is peanuts and will barely pay FUM's overheads for a few months and is extremely unlikely to find its way into the pockets of shareholders (why break the habit for the past 20 years?). I reckon the share price will be floppy by the end of the day, just like the majority of the reviewers of exoron on the Boots website.

Mate I'm comparatively new to this share but this comment is really odd/off the wall given all the recent news. Streuth! It's a company of under 20 people....?!Looking back over your comments for the first time it's clearly time you had a word with yourself. You are clearly a few sandwiches short of a full picnic And your friend half penny a few bob short of a full quid.
