Tidy

It wasn't the FIB it was Wins with stock, then off the offer, but chartists love to attached the range of countless methods to show why it moved.

Forecasting the future after it happened.

Any chart guy knows a highly illiquid stock like this is completely untradeable in prediction terms.

Half a chance if you know what stock each MM has and any buyers or sellers lined up, but the MMs themselves won't be telling each other.

Is Timbo still about. I was leaving this for him to run, if not it's best to start another thread before the potential chaos kicks in.

A decent header with the details in and links etc.

EDIT

Yes he is ignore the above.

If you look at volumes on the other covid shares on some days it was near the entire issued shares of Fusion.

To churn 10% in a day is huge which is just 2.5 mill shares here.

Hence as and when and good big news drops, IF the punters spot it, then it will be chaos.

Just need to sit back and be patient, I have sold down some other stocks to increase position here today as I think the markets are vulnerable to a new correction as talk of a 2nd lockdown in Europe intensifies.

If history is to repeat itself, Covid plays are one of the only winners in that environment

On the MM front Wins are off the offer so what they had this morning has gone.

So it would seem it's normal market conditions now PIs buying and selling which will determine which way it goes.

The bounce timing directly correlates to when Wins moved off the offer.

There were 3.3m shares in the raise at 90p

About 1 mill of those went to a major holder, no other Tr1s appeared. One would trigger at 750k shares as that would be 3%

So the others in the raise had less than that, some could have had 100k or less and jumped on the price spike for a quick profit, perhaps one of those is what Wins had this morning, perhaps left over from Friday.

If you compare it to a Avacta the funds and about 90 mill cheap shares in the raise, but they waited some time before offloading.

The FAB raise equated to 3.3m shares added the first raise in 3 years.

25.4 mill shares in issue will see the share price fly all over the place.

Currently just 3 MMs with the normal market size limited to 3000 shares at the moment.

In previous weeks/months there was virtually no volume. Fab is very difficult share to build a decent holding via the normal route.

Roger

nice try but that facts are this

About 22 mill shares on IPO in 2017 and 25.4 mill mow with one raise for 3 mill this year to pursue the Covid plan.

If you check the you financials typically £100k and £200k is spent on expansion.

The ignorance we forecast here that FAB are a low spend company whereas the other covid shares regularly need £10 mil plus year after year.

The £3 mill will be spent on extra kit and staff to accelerate the Covid progress to showcase their technology.

They don't need big money they don't do the trials, they get a carry for their expertise.

But for Covid there are producing a 'product' up for for sale to all rather than approached to create a product for a particular customer under an NDA.

What price will the market attribute to an RNS that says they have successfully created neutralizing antibodies?

If Twist shareholders were aware of this company in the UK I am certain that they would be buying this at such a low market cap.

Unlike other covid stocks Fab does not fund costly and lengthy medical trials. Fab supplies what the big pharmas require and already have 8 or the top 10 big pharmas on their books.

As you cab see from Friday trading and today it's just people with £500 to £1500 in general.

It's so illiquid the MMs saw for to use above market size rules on 2 buys of 3k to 5k at £1.88 to report them an hour late.

FAB has 25 mill share in issue 60% plus held in larger holdings.

It will be chaos when serious buying kicks in on the back of the potential news to come.

FAB have not really been shouting too much about it either, which is good.

The Company is now offering these antigens on a commercial basis to companies and researchers worldwide. Unlike the PCR tests that are currently being used to identify the presence of COVID-19, Fusion's antigens are able to confirm recent past infections and determine levels of neutralising antibodies to COVID-19. This could be invaluable for disease modelling and public health policy, as it will assist in the determination of true transmission rates and case fatality rates. The Company has commenced use of these antigens to interrogate the Library for SARS-CoV-2 neutralising antibodies with a view to providing these as potential prophylactic and therapeutic candidates.

It's nice chatting here getting the basic understanding sorted before what will be the inevitable arrival of the herd.

I did check on twist and yes it did go up $1.5 bill in value on Covid antibody hype.
