Probably the best time to buy for a while. Funded with anticipated news flow makes the current cap look like an opportunity.Once the placees get their shares we can expect a real ramp. As shard did the book build we can add 6% on to 4p just for their break even price and I bet they want a lot more, as I am aware a chunk are sticky.Director options are 4.25 which implies that they believe the price will be way north of that.Those new or reinvesting have an opportunity to get in at a decent level and with funding sorted it eliminates some risk.

Granted with volume the Sp marched North, so now the prospects of more shares

in issue weakens the "Eps ! giving a lower share value & a realistic value

With the 200K sale at 4p and overhang to clear made me think this is dead.
I had to buy back the half I sold for 0.2p more. The MM has to get so many sells in order for the huge rise to begin. Therefore I may of helped make these better.

I really don't understand why the longs couldn't see this coming. Anyone should be able to do the really basic maths to see that FAB is a sub-scale business that needs a dramatic transformation before it will become profitable. The consequence of it NOT being profitable is that it's loss-making and hence cash-burning and dependent on regular fund raises.

They raised £1.56m at 5p in May last year and now have raised £1.38m at 4p. Who will be surprised if they raise another £1.4m a year from now at 3p? You shouldn't be!

Like many others it's just tunneling value from shareholders and AIM is the worst for doing so, from a PI's point of view but warnings were given repeatedly before the first placing, at a huge discount when WTP was ramping it, as he had loaded himself with the directors guff and sunk a huge amount of funds into the deep mine of dreams.

It will but the market isn't putting much chance of success on it performing. Down again to the placing price shows this.

Needs some major contracts wins and to turn a profit which are some way off yet

After getting fleeced in the last placing at a 84% discount at least this one is not as bad but it shows more cash keeps being needed. No clarity on breakeven yet and needs more contracts still before it reaches that point.
Gives them another 12 months to get sorted and win more contracts at least

These negative trolls also want me to sell my HEMO, ENET and VAST at a loss. In time they will very slowly take away all my inheritance if I listen to what they have to say.

That amount of cash is huge for its market cap. Zephyr Energy had a raise at 2p and got to 8.5p not long after. When it's a positive raise. Then positive things will happen.

Reading some of the previous posts there are a few with their head sin the sand here. It's going to pop and its being held down etc total rubbish and now we see why. Just be wary of them selling their new places shares which could see further drops if they forward sold the placing

Another thing is this same bones caused me to sell half my Angel on fears of a placing at 15p and now I am 2 grand out of pocket. Lesson learnt to never listen to these negative trolls.

It’s ok level, but it seems like the price was being held lower to get this placing with renewed share options. It should hopefully put a floor to build from
