ICBS moves corporation from Washington to Delaware

NEW YORK and MONTREAL, Dec. 14  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ICBS Limited (ICBS) (Pink Sheets :ICBM) a business development and management firm located in New York and Canada, announced today that it has moved its corporation from Washington state to Delaware.

The company has been certified with the state of Delaware. This move is one of the first steps towards placing the company in a strategic environment. ICBS is in the last stages of their three year audited statements, which are expected to be completed early in the new year. ICBS anticipates the move to the OTCBB in early 2008.
