Extaport International, (a division of ICBS), signs exclusive 12 Million dollar wine deal

NEW YORK and MONTREAL, Dec. 17  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ICBS Limited (ICBS) (Pink Sheets :ICBM) a business development and management firm located in New York and Canada, announced today that Extaport International has signed an exclusive 5 year wine distribution contract for the North American market with one of Portugal's largest wine CO-OP's UDACA

UDACA ,one of Portugal's largest Co-ops has signed a 5 year exclusive North American distribution contract with ICBS for the North American Market. The wines will be distributed by Extaport International Ltd, a wholly owned division of Northern Lights Airlines (40%) and ICBS (60%). The 5 year deal is expected to bring revenues of 12 million dollars over the course of the contract.

UDACA, has an excellent selection of international award winning Portuguese wines. These fine European wines will bring an unusual and unique experience to the wine markets of North America. ICBS is expected to launch the new line early in 2008.
