Forget fundraising for the moment. However if your broker has offered you let me know via PM.

Who in their right mind would buy Bridge Digital?

Bridge Digital is Rich Murray who is employed by FBT..

Would be like buying the Postman's rounds for a letter he delivered for you?

Aimster,

How does one subscribe for the next fundraising? Do I need to contact investor relations or something?

Andrew Bentley has corporate transaction skills I thought?

Must say I thought we would have been acquired by now!

Nick, thought the same especially for AIM market, unless they want to be squeaky clean for something?

On another point I can't see the value Bentley brings to FBT at all.

The fund raising you mention is not public knowledge!

It sounds very much like the results comment-
'The first of these this year is the Practising Law Institute based in New York who will use Blackbird as a vital part of their infrastructure on an ongoing basis, to live clip seminar content for a wide variety of purposes including education' ...

Strange it's taken a while to reach RNS...and if its the same why mentioned by name in results and not here...

Good RNS though! 😊

Also great to see Bridge Digital doing their stuff. Most good things have come from the US recently. I wonder if part of the fund raising may be aimed at acquiring them?

Great deal! And great to see it as an RNS. Do we think that's the same company referred to in the prelims?

Yes, surprised nobody on here picked up on the RNS but I tend to use Investegate for searching out news hence I picked up on it. Good to see that you are still around on here. I thought maybe it had become a ghost board.

Decent amount RNS - adds in excess of 10% to existing revenue is the norm.
