Happy New Year All.... I agree with you Nick, FBT as an investment could go either way (zero or hero) ... POC's are better than nothing but can lead to nothing (BBC) ... S Contract wins are all that matters and I believe the next couple of months are critical for my investment... 2018 is going to be interesting if nothing else ... IMHO and GLA

The way I see it is IF it takes off and Blackbird becomes an industry standard Cloud Video Codec then the wide adaptation will bring large revenue from major enterprise clients.

Or it just won’t get adapted I don’t see an in between.

So I see it as either 💯 ‘s of pence potential or 0 pence.

My bet is that it will be a success!

If they win about £30M of new contracts this year at an 80% net margin that would give £24M profit, which is about 13p a share at a multiple of 15 gives £1.95. I'm worried, when it takes off that the multiple might be too low or that new contracts don't build growth above £25M (nothing scientific in the £25M just a small slice of AVIDs turnover and turnover will accrue through the year and not simply at month 1)). So I'm hoping for £1.95.

I see the thread video is of Forscene which is so last year!

It seems to me the company is at last going to sell itself on our technology Blackbird AI Codec.

Investors are missing this shift so perhaps we should replace the video with one about Blackbird?
