Confirmed that London Asia have negligible holding at very worst and no overhang apparent to company or advisors.

POSTSCRIPT :- Wonder if assisting fellow investors and communicating with a company construes "ramping". Is so I plead "guilty 'm lord"
The PP reincarnation has of course been filtered.....if anyone backs up negative views then I am more than happy to read and re-evaluate my holding.
Why anyone wishes to waste their time in this manner is beyond my comprehension.
Can't have much else happening in their lives, which is rather sad.

FWIW

I should have said that company very comfortable with current model.....noted my points about cash collection/trade receivables and also the timing of the trading update a full 5 weeks after 1st half when it would have been clear that the 1st half had been weak in the summer months.
My own thoughts are that they believed that several contracts would have been signed off and therefore delivered in the 2nd half maintaining the forecasts alrerady on the table.
They maintained that they continue to be cashflow positive with considerable net cash.

I've spoken with the company today.

Couple of points:-

* Cashflow Positive and Profitable in the 1st half.
* Anticipate strong 2nd half per trading update.
* 1st half simply affected by weak Chinese economy with Government(s) dealing with more important issues at beginning of the year, namely snow, flooding and interest rate increases not helping matters.
* Have good recurring revenue streams which underpin company in the event of any further contract delays.
* Management working extremely hard to prove company a good long term investment as they also have a very large stake in business.
* Very comfortable with Seymour Pierces new forecasts...£2.3M PTP and EPS 4p+

Couple of other issues I have to clarify with management before posting, as they are currently flying back to China, but clearly the company embarrassed by trading update and with the Global economic events compounding the situation.
It was also noted that reduction in Chinese interest rates will also help small businesses.

what i love about this - when shares go up - everyone wishes shorters ill - wishes them to burn - wishes them bad luck - and now that shorts are in charge - making money - its now so very bad to wish hurting longs ill - wishing them to burn on their long positions - LOL

bankers - total bankers some people - wish others ill - and when they hurt - do not want to -

burn babies burn - those who sold and went short - we are loving this turmoil - excellent - hope loads more banks fail - and markets fall further and further - lets have a 10 year recession - excellent !!!!!!!!!! - LOL

KCprevail - you are a barefaced shorter. There is no merit to your rantings. I repeat: I do not own nor ever have owned CESG but I have researched them which you plainly have not. The shares are tightly held, in particular by a number of top notch institutional investors. The business is a bona fide top end quality services provider. You in contrast are very low quality indeed. You obviously take pleasure in rubbishing real investors & enjoying their distress. I find that really disgusting. As to your hopeless assertion that profit warnings come in 3s - wow, maybe you shd use the tarot to make your investment decisions. I guess you are probably just really thick. Since you are so simple minded for your own benefit I wd advise you that I do think you will lose money trying to short CESG. There are no sellers of this stock from what I can see.
