I have not heard of any newspaper articles about FRP or Geoff Rowley, but if true, Rowley is done & dusted.I just can not see how he can get out of this mess now. Did not realise he was so well known for all the wrong reasons.

The legal case to remove FRP has started and the article will be coming out this coming week also. I will say no more than I already have as what I have said already is market sensitive in some respects. FRP may have to RNS the start of legal action.

Geoff Rowley blatantly lied to shareholders. He is meant to be an Officer of the court. He extended the investigation due to shareholders concerns, then did not contact shareholders, instead threatening them with the insolvency act 1986. Journalists in the City are queuing up to expose his practices. He has nowhere to hide.

Bluemango- I only post under this account- I have already stated what was going on with Geoff Rowley & FRP with regards to his shoddy performance in dealing with the Koovs administration.I do not know anything about the FT, but do know that many journalists in the City are aware of Geoff Rowleys behaviour. If true & this story does come out, Rowley &is finished in the Citu

Well the guy's been going on about this for quite a while now, so perhaps we'll now finally see if the obsessive posts on a single issue have any substance to back them up.

Keep an open mind, that's all I'll say. The guy's clearly on a mission with a personal vendetta which he chooses to air on here rather than go through the appropriate procedures for any grievance - presumably because (if tried) the latter course didn't have enough backing or evidence. No-one forced him to invest in Koovs. It will be interesting to see what the FT has to say about this (assuming at least that part is accurate), but don't expect people to get too excited by it.

Hey Bluemango I have no issue with you but these chats are for everyone and all views to do with FRP.

I am 100 percent not the poster you are trying to associate me with.

Are you aware FRP have already wiped out their own shareholders in the past?

FRP have 2 options currently - they either take legal action against the board of directors at Koovs or FRP themselves get buried for misconduct - being a listed company with investors to answer to I think they will probably choose the first option.

The exposure starts this week!

No, I'm not the one with the personal, obsessive vendetta, so don't feel the need to 'contact the company' thanks.

I notice you don't deny your cack-handed attempt to give your posts some spurious credibility by creating an alias specially for that purpose. Just weakens your case and comes across as desperate.

"You should email Mr Rowley' - No thanks, if you've got an issue, YOU take it up with them.

You may be better off checking the progress update where FRP extend the administration due to shareholders concerns - then try and find another case where this has happened... you will not find another though as it has never happened!

I suggest you contact the company as they are currently in a very sticky situation as they will be being removed from the administration of Koovs due to misconduct.

You should email Mr Rowley and request to know if the administration of Koovs is going to plan - when an administrator gets forcefully removed its not good for their reputation.

Meanwhile, a Google search from the most recent period, the past month, searching on 'FRP Advisory KOOVS' comes up with this obsessive individual's posts and nothing else.

Anyway we'll see on Monday won't we, presumably; FRP being rocked to the core.

'southcoastbather' profile - created today (26th June 2021). Four posts on here, praising 'investographer' and all preoccupied with the same obsession, the same personal vendetta against FRP.

Doesn't take Sherlock Holmes to work out they're one and the same person.

'Everything investographer has said is true'. Lol! Desperate or what.

I repeat; if you've got an issue with them, take it up with the authorities or use a lawyer. Your obsessive attempts to try to trash the company on this bb instead, are amateurish and desperate - whatever the FT or anyone else may be about to print. Yes we'll find out just how big a story this is on Monday, won't we?

Halimora - sadly your friend has no value in those shares as they were part of the old company.

FRP advisory was itself taken into administration and then the assets were purchased by the Directors inc Mr Goff Rowley - they then brought the company back to the market and re floated the company.

An administrator going into administration itself is some kind of irony hey!?

In a nutshell old investors were wiped out and the board of directors that ran the company into administration picked up the assets for a pittance and then took money off new investors via the stock market for the new company and these are the shares that are currently traded.

Beggars belief how this kind of thing happens.

I hope your friend gets over this loss.

Keep your eye on the financial times tomorrow its going to be a good one for your friend to read.

Asking for a friend of mine who had FRP shares originally which went into administration in 2017. But it still shows on her portfolio as FRP advisory group. so she tried to place a trade which has eventually been rejected with a message 'This stock is in administration and we cannot place this trade'.

My understanding is this shouldn't have been part of her portfolio anymore hence she has lost all the value of her shares? I would appreciate if you could help her out with your opinion. Many Thanks

Investographer filtered for repetitive posts. Your point has been made. No need to keep ramming it down our throats.

Geoff Rowley blatantly lied to shareholders in that he was going to conduct a thorough investigation. 18 months later, he has uncovered nothing. He should have kept to his word & not lied. I wonder what is in it for him for covering up for Lord Waheed Alli?

If I was in your shoes and thought lawyers had a cast-iron case, I'd be quietly satisfied, not coming on here trying deliberately to spook FRP shareholders with a one-sided argument arising from a personal grievance.

Did anyone force you to buy shares in Koovs?

I suspect not. So accept some responsibility for your past actions, move on and try to get on with your life without bitterness.

Friendly advice, meant sincerely:

The best way to deal with an unfortunate financial situation is to lick your wounds and move on. Or hire a lawyer, spend loads of fees in the process and end up even more bitter & twisted.

The behaviour of FRP AFTER the administration is what will be his undoing. Geoff & his cronies thought that shareholders would melt away.He didnt count on Seth Freedman appearing on the scene. How can they extend an investigation by 12 months because of shareholders concerns- then not contact any of the shareholders that raised those concerns- Whoops
