03/12/2013 15:47 | Indunderhead, do you think that there is ANYONE on these boards, who doesn't regard you as an unmitigated moron? You are wasting your breath, people regarded you as a hatstand sometime mid-2011 i.e. utterly ignored. | reverendglutton
03/12/2013 15:43 | reverendglutton 3 Dec'13 - 09:22 - 2 of 4 0 0 Indunderhead, do you think that there is ANYONE on these boards, who doesn't regard you as an unmitigated moron? You are wasting your breath, people regarded you as a hatstand sometime mid-2011 i.e. utterly ignored. You really need to take a good look at yourself Smythy you dolt. As what you've just said is a picture perfect description of you. The irony is almost impossible to believe. Gain some self-awareness for goodness sake. It's embarrassing reading your posts, it really is. | induna123
03/12/2013 15:23 | If you had paid attention to the detail, you would not be so confused (as you normally are). They were date-bound to list in Almaty. You will note it is an entirely nominal listing. They were not quite ready to delist, I believe, at this date. FML need funds. Personally I don't believe a dilution will serve purpose (hammered sp), or will they be able to source 'high street' lending facilities (shambolic past performance, unreliable management & forecasts etc). Sber' have a 1st mortgage on may flys buzzing around Benkala. My guess is that funding will be sourced privately from within Kaz. Erlan & the CEO prima facie have not achieved anything of note in a personal capacity, 'popping up' with significant wealth from seemingly nowhere over the years. This is typical in closed, relatively corrupt economies. I assume they still have connections that they can tap in return for future reward, hence my propensity to conclude, all things considered, that the key s/hldrs want to acquire the remaining s/hldg they do not own (c25%), as cheaply as possible (via depressed price AIM cancellation), reaping the value benefits 100% when/if commercial production is achieved 3 years late in 2014. If I were an owner with no morals or sense of any corporate responsibility, that is what I would do. | reverendglutton
03/12/2013 14:45 | Why would they have just listed on Kaz exchange. Surely if we're going to delist they would not have bothered. They only didd this so they could maintain a UK listing surely!I also think they will need more cash so unlikely to delist when the uk listing gives them access to cashAnyway - why not wait and see. No one knows so let's see how it plays out | watfordhornet
03/12/2013 13:46 | Looks like FML are contriving, as was always the possibility, to drive the share price down to the floor before delisting off AIM. Don't imagine you will have any options as a pi: these matters tend to manifest as a sudden RNS along the lines of "shares will be cancelled at the average price traded over the last 10 working days" or some such. Sell as imo you will soon have no options. | reverendglutton
03/12/2013 11:21 | Smythy you were saying this was going to fly? What happened? | sg1972
03/12/2013 09:22 | Indunderhead, do you think that there is ANYONE on these boards, who doesn't regard you as an unmitigated moron? You are wasting your breath, people regarded you as a hatstand sometime mid-2011 i.e. utterly ignored. "Ambrian can hold their head high" lol sweet jes*s. You've learnt little from even your very low base over the last 3 years. | reverendglutton
03/12/2013 08:13 | This is old news Smythy and out of date. The above statement was made before FML and it's recently hired expert Adam Moroney uncovered the shocking CLAY HORROR STORY that nobody knew about. This was reported on the 16th September 2013 (see the RNS for more details). Because of this any prediction or forecast made before this revelation has been totally shattered and nullified. I think RFC Ambrian are perfectly within their rights to revise their forecast without losing face. But you should already know this. Why has this only become a realisation to you now Smythy? If anybody has been made to look foolish it is you, who took it upon himself to ramp this all over ADVFN after the announcement was made. Ambrian can hold their heads high, you can't. Why do you think the share price fell below 1p when this news was announced on the 16th September 2013? This alarming update wasn't only about the clay but also how this would impact on FML's finances going forward. Lower production means less income means unable to make loan repayments means additional funding required to make up the shortfall. It's pure economics. | induna123
02/12/2013 14:10 | FML's retained broker, with full 'inside track' into status, has within months, proven themselves to be WAY off the mark with their predictions & forecasts. Yet there is utter silence from RFC - a total cop-out. Any miner considering RFC for brokerage or advice should CAREFULLY consider the negative credibility they have built covering FML in a VERY short period of time. Where is their reconciliation, & explanation for woefully optimistics guidance given? Most pis will discount anything RFC say as meaningless & without ANY gravitas. "Copper miner Frontier Mining's (LON:FML) new financing arrangement is a positive for the company, according to RFC Ambrian. The miner today confirmed it has received final approval for US$17.9mln of additional funds from Russian bank Sberbank. The Kazakhstan-based miner had already received local approval for the money, but it has now been signed off by Sberbank's head office in Moscow. The signed agreement, which is with subsidiary KazCopper, consists of a loan and credit facility. The new facility is for five years and comprises a US$6mln increase in the capital investment loan at an interest rate of 9% and a US$11.9mln increase in the working capital credit facility at an interest rate of 8.5%. The money will fund expansion at the Benkala SX-EW plant, Frontier said, and brings the total amount of existing Sberbank facilities to US$52.9mln. Frontier Mining's new debt facility is a highly positive development that reduces the finance risk perceived by the market, RFC Ambrian said today. The broker estimates total debt currently sits at between US$60-64mln, with a further US$17.9mln available to be drawn down from this new facility and US$16mln from the existing Sberbank facility. Interest cover is 3.9 times and gearing is 61%, both are within acceptable limits, adds the broker. RFC Ambrian added that the size of the facility was enough to ensure the expansion to 10,000tpa of copper can be achieved, while the additional US$11.9mln working capital facility will resolve any potential cashflow shortfalls for 2013. The only key debt restructuring outstanding is for the US$10mln loan with Red Kite, where the new Sberbank debt facility will strengthen Frontier's position to negotiate the terms. In 2013, Frontier said it will continue to work on the expansion of the Benkala site to 10,000 tonnes per annum capacity, with US$6mln to be spent on additional leach pads, improvements to the crushing and agglomeration process and general site enhancements. Frontier added production should also restart quickly from its Benkala operation in Kazakhstan, with a cathode shipment anticipated for the first week of June. RFC Ambrian added it still awaits further details of winter heap leach trials as well as results from other heap leach optimisation studies undertaken. The broker retained its buy stance and 5.5p price target." | reverendglutton
02/12/2013 10:39 | "jascat - 24 May 2013 - 14:46:41 - 2075 of 2319 I can only quote what the short position is for FML in the market shorts list & they say 60 million" Fool..money...defini | reverendglutton
02/12/2013 10:36 | Glutton. They may not listen to me, but they are laughing at your ramps & de-ramps. Try & stay on the tablets | jascat
02/12/2013 10:24 | Paul. FML is $80m in debt and with barely any copper production to shout about means only one thing, urgent funding required! That means more debt taken on. That means the idea of FML becoming cash positive is even more further away. 2018 is the likely target, assuming they don't make a more pig's ear of it than they already have. | induna123
02/12/2013 09:55 | jascat - 23 May 2013 - 11:31:45 - 2069 of 2319 "The short position on FML has jumped by another 10 million shares in the past few days & now stands at around 60 million." Highly informed, intelligent, & to be listened to! lol | reverendglutton
