Posted at 06/5/2023 15:36 by dond77 You forgot to cut and paste Andrew Muir from their investor page. How long have they held, what have they sold down to date (if any), why in your view will they be dumping? Do you have a source of info we can reference? No pumping here, just trying to understand your rationale. |
Posted at 02/5/2023 13:24 by swizz There is a deed of assignment relating to the Kosovo dispute, on the company's web site, along with a number of other helpful documents, the link is below for quick reference,..GL S |
Posted at 30/4/2023 15:04 by echoridge omg. do u have any idea who gets 'admission-related costs'? stop digging you phoney....unless of course you want to get back to something actually relevant like how do you have the unmitigated shamelessness to just assert that E114m in confirmed orders are actually bogus but can pass through the NOMAD, Tavira, the AIM board and a half dozen sophisticated investors in the course of reversing the business into FOX? Because you're really, really angry you lost money so that somehow inoculates you against making sht up?? |
Posted at 30/4/2023 13:48 by echoridge genuinely effortful, what in the name of aggravated nonsense are you even attempting to say? The Company's broker and NOMAD constitute a formal, rules-based part of the oversight-regulatory requirement for the Company. As just one, simple, example, if the contracts FOX-ECO are claiming in this RNS and the subsequent published documents are found to be falsified, or in any way purposefully misleading, not only is the NOMAD financially liable, but the firm's senior management as individuals are potentially financially (and possibly criminally) exposed on a statutory basis. Beyond that there are AIM regulators with direct oversight responsibility as well who sign off on consequential published information. And once again, the investors themselves are an impressive list of professionals, including several institutions, that will have - as they always do - done their own due diligence. What more clearance do you need in the matrix you seem to live in? |
Posted at 11/4/2022 20:33 by echoridge Oh, and since you now understand a bit better what you almost aggressively ignored, have another look at the conversion price of 6p on the CLN. Since you now understand that the CLN investor must necessarily be inside on the ECO RTO and thus must therefore consider the proposed transaction to be value accretive (ie., he/she probably likes it a lot), maybe you can also start to see where such an insider thinks the RTO might value FOX shares post-merger. |
Posted at 11/4/2022 20:27 by echoridge As for the 'loan' the CLN investor will be inside on the RTO transaction and is clearly providing the funds in order to facilitate the RTO and nothing else. They are the only 'lender' of any consequence. The pass-through from FOX is just a technicality. Read harder, you shameless muppet. |

Posted at 10/4/2021 05:02 by haroldthegreat I think the comments made show how much notice investors should take of yugin .no doubt he will appear under a new name soon .Perhaps someone can translate into english his previous post .too much for my little brain . On a more serious note it would be nice to see some profits being made . The only people that have made any money from the company are the directors . The shareholders have just seen losses . |
