16/3/2015 20:24 | Have read the High Court Judgement. It's a done deal at 10p cash (on timetable) with the illusory 5p CVR to follow (or probably not). End of, move on, ex | ![]() exel

15/3/2015 22:43 | A great bit of discussion going on over on iii. My biggest bone of contention is the "how do you want your 5p, cash or loan notes" from the brokers, a lot of people would believe it was in the bag at that. Good luck with the hail mary alanadale, I await a progress update with interest. | 1leigh
06/3/2015 14:56 | alan, judging by these last 2 RNS announcements, I'm personally hearing at least the opening bars of her tune,,,,surely?? each day seems to bring a fresh step along the pre-destined, pre-agreed path to exit, here, and to real music actually being heard - i.e. cash register time. What am I missing? ex | ![]() exel

05/3/2015 19:10 | Well got my ten bagger from 1999 so should be happy, but as you know we could have had more. Still overall one of my better bets!Especially when you adjust with divis. Good luck all and thanks for the posts/info over the years. | johnnyad
05/3/2015 17:00 | All very Zen Ex ;o) But of course you are right....ommm.....om Although tbh I´ve been letting go for a while, and Danny´s crass offer has forced us all out. But at least we did get 0.16p + 0.18p + 0.13p + 2.36p in divis equalling 2.83p plus the 10p meaning a total of 12.83p, which is not an excellent return but it is a positive result and is better than some of my investments over the years ATB to you "master" ex, ommm....ommm | via con
05/3/2015 15:26 | Thanks all, just to clarify my view. Although I supported this scheme as the 'only game in town' (offering certainty and exit with a miniscule chance of CVR upside) no one should infer that I am 'happy' with just 10p. Of course this base level 'should have been more', and the CVR period should have been 3 to 5 years, but there we are! As a 'move on' opportunity, however, this is huge! There is a 'state of mind' in life, and in investing, known as SQB (Status Quo Bias) meaning that we 'all' have a tendency to 'over-value' that which we already 'have' - and undervalue potential new opportunities. I am convinced that a number of 'us' on here 'over-sold ourselves' on FTO - because we were already invested. We kept on re-buying the story! Once out, and in a 'moved on' state, a higher degree of rationality and dispassion will return - with the removal of the (inevitable) SQB that, sooner or later, attaches to all holders of just about 'anything'. Once 'in' we hate to let go. Once 'out' it is amazing how quickly the rational mind will heal over. I have seen this on many occasions and have had to work hard to re-rationalise my views on many topics, not just investing. So, my parting gift to friends on here is as follows: Recognise SQB when it has to any extent 'set into your thinking' - and disrupt it at the soonest opportunity to 'move on' enabling you to re-rationalise from the outside, looking in, rather than the inside, looking out. ex | ![]() exel

05/3/2015 12:24 | Yes, East Stand season ticket. Saw my first match in the early 50's, couldn't see over the wall, too small. I'm told we won though, played Chelsea apparently. | ![]() jacks13
