19/12/2012 21:53 | k5, I am afraid it is all my fault .. I asked the market for another measly 20k the other day when the offer was 18p, they wanted 20p each or 10k at 19p - I had 10k, then after that they have stuffed the price ever upwards - and still there are no real sellers, the price has doubled in the past 3wks and still no one is selling in volume, I don't think the mms have enough shares to even square my last trade many days later! Makes a change I must say .... :+} | dreggspicker
19/12/2012 21:25 | Dreggs if it breaks 23 things could get a bit tasty that chart is looking very nice. | keya5000
19/12/2012 16:36 | Hi pisces, only pulling your leg, don't forget I bought some at 93p ...... I thought that was good at the time ...... I have been trying to get a extra 10k's worth for the last week, but no b*gger wants to sell, thats why the price has gone mental; Still the mrs thinks I am also mental....... so it was you then pisces? ...... or could it be a rollover trade ..... | dreggspicker
19/12/2012 16:28 | to be fair dreggs 30 pence is a fair value for the company in cash alone, just wish i had bought at 10 pence, thought it would drop to maybe 8 pence but am nicely surprised how the shareprice has bounced back, onwards and upwards so long as they invest the cash wisely. | pisces4
19/12/2012 15:19 | so the bid has gone from 17p to 20p in one go,.... still nooooo sellers, ......... who's the mad fool buying at 22p? This time for once it was not me! Honest governer..... ;+] | dreggspicker
18/12/2012 11:05 | yep, they are bar-stools, it is the bid price they should move upwards to entice sellers, not the offer to put off buyers!......... | dreggspicker
17/12/2012 21:12 | @ 10p keya5000? pisces, it's the sellers they need to entice imo ....... | dreggspicker
17/12/2012 19:00 | Dreggs got a few the other week, would have liked more but a lot of cash tied up in Stratmin and timing just not right. It never is! I think this is one to watch, if it breaks the early 20's things could get tasty. | keya5000
17/12/2012 18:49 | blimey aint seen a spread like that for a long time, are they actually trying to encourage buyers at last? | pisces4
16/12/2012 13:16 | thats a shame! | dreggspicker
16/12/2012 11:33 | Morning dreggs, Stratmin are doing a placing and will re-list in the New Year. They have strong backers and do not seem a good fit for Fluormin, they do not need our cash. | dropside
16/12/2012 11:30 | It was a gift at 10p, still a gift at 17.5p but psychologically harder if people feel they missed the absolute bottom. I agree this will have a great run in 2013, the best option I can see for a multi-bagger next year. | dropside
16/12/2012 11:28 | Nice to see you keya500, are you new to Fluormin? So why are Stratmin suspended, are they something we here might be interested in a JV in? They seem to have no dosh but a good depoist on their hands .... backmarker, I asked if Fluorone was making progress and was told yes and we should be getting divis from it in good time but obviously it will be small beer compared to a producing asset ..... | dreggspicker
16/12/2012 08:29 | For graphite the only producing option will be Stratmin Global Resources when it relists in early 2013. This was a gift at 10p. Looking good for a strong run in 2013. | keya5000
16/12/2012 08:05 | has anyone heard how our fluorspar trading JV has been working out ? | backmarker
14/12/2012 17:36 | Hi dreggs, large flake graphite should do well with applications in lithium batteries (electric cars)and its use to make graphene from which mobile phones will be made in 2 years - amongst other applications. Graphite is on the US critical list (risk of supply/economic importance scales) alongside fluorspar. Also there, as both risk of supply and critical, is tungsten. Tin makes me think of the old Cornish mines but is making quite a come-back. Copper is always a banker- even if the Chinese economy makes the forecast shift from infrastructure to consumption, there is a lot of copper in domestic appliances and cars. If you look at their past corporate activity the directors are consummate deal-makers and I have no doubt they would get very good value for the funds they used whatever they chose. They could have been Strategic Minerals but that name has been taken. I don't think they will call themselves Maghreb Minerals though! The Mineral Emporium? | dropside
14/12/2012 16:46 | Hi dropside, what other niche minerals do you recon we may go for, tin, wolfram, graphite? I would love to be a fly on the wall in Fluormins boardroom .......... Change our name, "tin-"R"-us maybe? | dreggspicker
14/12/2012 16:27 | Good luck pisces, I don't think Fluormin will let you down. | dropside
14/12/2012 14:06 | good lad, I've given you a thumps up for that ........ | dreggspicker
14/12/2012 09:47 | had a dabble this morning hopefully on the way back up to 30pence! | pisces4
06/12/2012 09:31 | richi, there ain't no sellers out there - that's for sure ! | dreggspicker
05/12/2012 19:41 | A 10% rise on no activity? Do we have a buyer out there?? | richie07
28/11/2012 06:58 | Expected yes, but there was always a risk they may not pay up particularly given the fluorspar price slump since the sale was made. This now turns potential cash into actual cash in the bank. Won't make the AGM unfortunately, good luck with the journey dreggs. | dropside |
