08/11/2012 15:46 | I suspect it is due to the increasing price of fluorspar - as per link below. If this keeps improving, it will make Witkop viable again. | cyprussteve
08/11/2012 15:45 | There will be news, there has to be -- sooner or later! All I know is they are cheap at the mo, for a cash rich company, with a management that are as keen as mustard! that was my 37.5k - for my sins ........... | dreggspicker
08/11/2012 15:34 | I agree, there seems to be something going on, are we expecting some news ? or just oversold? | borisimo
08/11/2012 15:13 | Couldn't buy online and fill or kill rejected too. This is going up, just helps if you can buy/accumulate when you want to! | howdlep
07/11/2012 20:50 | Good points dreggs. With so much realisable into cash there must be a bottom price round about now - picking up a pound for 30p (and assets thrown in) is getting silly! Interesting how the price has halved on very little volume - £10-15Ks worth? - so it probably could double to 20p just as easily in that very few people will be in the money and looking to take profits. Only a handful have bought from about 18.5p down to 10p. Added myself last week. | dropside
06/11/2012 10:06 | Could be, but I thought that at 60, 40, 30, 20, now 10p who knows; but the co does have circa 30p per share in cash plus Witkop, plus the fluorspar off take in Tunisia, plus some good directors, willing to do necessary things ..... I did add last week by the way ..... | dreggspicker
06/11/2012 08:42 | is this the bottom at last chaps ? would be interested in your thoughts. | pisces4

18/10/2012 17:14 | Borisimo, they made an operating LOSS of £3 million in the six months to June. Disposals allowed them to list one-off gains on the balance sheet but there are no genuine profits here. | bam bam rubble
18/10/2012 17:04 | Well according to LSE we actually had a blue day, with the last trade as below: Time/Date Price Volume Trade value Type 14:15:50 10.00 15,000 1,500.00 O and apparently we made a profit (3.5 million not 35 million). Wow.... | borisimo
18/10/2012 13:31 | Boris, not so much a walk-down, but a almost total lack of buying! Selling has not been that much either ............ But slightly more ... :+{ | dreggspicker
18/10/2012 11:46 | This may have been posted before, apologies if that is the case. JP interviewed in Feb 2012, sounds reasonably positive and doesn't sound like a man about to throw in the towel. Of course maybe a lot has happened since then. He talks about mergers, maybe the share price is being walked down to facilitate a T/O of some kind? | borisimo
17/10/2012 18:05 | The admin expenses speak for themselves 6months to Jun 2011 -£1.9m 6months to Dec 2011 -£2.3m 6months to Jun 2012 -£5.0m | bam bam rubble |
