Flowtech Fluidpower plc, the UK's leading specialist supplier of technical fluid power products, announces that it has been notified that Bill Wilson, Non-Executive Director of Flowtech, has purhcased a total of 4,000 ordinary shares of 50 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 14 March 2019 at a price of 116.0p per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Mr Wilson has an interest in 24,025 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.04 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
