Well, 1 of the 3 things I suggested need to happen before I'd consider investing has occurred - it is progress.

Remaining:
- Stop production of any fitbug units/scales etc.. etc..
- Convert all debt (£10m?) to equity

The litigation was a bit of an issue for me in terms of adding to my small holding but now that is successfully concluded I have purchased more shares this morning.

Hence imo the departure of the founder PL and removal of key sales people eg Ms Jones and marketing genius 'Adidas' man who was a flop imo.

New personal and plenty of changes have happened. Just check out their LinkedIn account and note NW! investment keeps feeding the bug.

Kiqplan is actually quite a decent product now...it is a shame the marketing is still not up to scratch as Joe bloggs down the street has not even heard of the product.

Note there was litigation against fitbit in the EU so could be related to this rather than the US one was has taken years to resolve.

No. Just noticed the name on the BB and wondered if it was similar to fitbit - which it is.

I got a fitbit for christmas and it seems to be the leading product - just marketed so much better.

They have ballsed it right up - unless of course they are getting a royalty off fitbit, which I doubt.

I'm a shareholder but what a massive balls up.They had the lead product with top UK and USA sellers marketing their watches. In the meantime they allowed the comp to catch up and got consumed with a questionable legal spat.Can they recover lost ground?

The clue is in the wording " We are please to announce ... " so a settlement has been reached, so We can all look forward to the next set of results.

Because it's a positive in that a settlement has been made. Likely to have been a monetary sum involved yes of course and this may become apparent at the next set of results. Money to be made from when the market opens this morning on this one !!

...promoting the YouTube "commercial" via their c2-3k twitter followers most of which know 'kiqplan' and may have the kiqplan app...couldn't make this up...how do people get these jobs as head of marketing, group ceo and even Chairman. Even if they tag random fitness celebrities who know one may reply in who may have a million plus follower. #freemarketingIf the chairman can't see the bloomin obvious that creating a commercial and not 'commercialising' it via marketing the sales won't increase. Imo, this is basic school book talk!#sickbug

Quite shocking if it is not explained, as what was the pacing in August/Sept for too?!

Not seen any RNS yet on contracts or marketing plan. Unless it was for teh new year eve party or just to keep the Christmas lights on haha

NW1 investments is looking very amateur atm, considering they funded it. The directors in that company, whom are also in Fitbug were ex LA Fitness!
