24/11/2015 13:57 | daisy45 - any comments on what you expect from FY results next year? Most recent sales reported 10% revenue growth but is not the seasonal peak: h1 2015 Revenue: £0.99m h1 2014 Revenue: £0.9m Cash at beginning of H1 period: £3.42m, cash at end of H1 period £0.795, burn rate of £2.6m/6 months (£1.5m now raised net of costs post period end assume all used by year end/Jan) runs out of cash March 2016? Debt: £8m of which all convertible. Total equity (negative): -£6m So last year: Turnover £2.3m Profit -£3.7m This year I suspect: So last year: Turnover £2.8m Profit -£2.8m (lower due to reduction in finance fees). Nebt debt: -£7m (convertible debt £8m) So what would I value at given those no.s? debt conversion at 0.5-1p IMO to transform the balance sheet, but alot of cash is still needed to keep trading=dilution city | dusseldorf
24/11/2015 12:54 | It's all about timing clearly this is over sold. A flurry of buys and up she goes. | daisy45
24/11/2015 11:43 | Another great call daisy45! | liquid millionaire
24/11/2015 09:52 | Roll-up roll-up, two for a penny! | dusseldorf
24/11/2015 09:35 | Nice profit to made yet again on the way back up to above 2p from current levels. | daisy45
23/11/2015 14:03 | FunkmasterP12 - I suspect daisy45 (serial FITB ramper most likely linked to Hybridan) is getting her P45, although I'm sure a placing will complete and Hybridan get their pound of flesh. Based on the chart action prior to the kiqplan v2 ramping, 1p will be the placing price IMO. What amazes me is that in December last year the company 'placed' via Hybridan 20% (£3.5m at 9p) of the entire issued equity and not one single holding RNS was released - one reason IMO - they were used for short selling cover and never actually placed with anyone thus no major shareholdings actually ever changed hands. | dusseldorf
23/11/2015 13:51 | Always good to see a blatant pre-placing ramp attempt fail miserably. | funkmasterp12
23/11/2015 10:53 | Not the reaction I was expecting from the share price following that RNS I must say, oh well, back in the drawer for another few months I guess. Gla | enewman36
23/11/2015 10:26 | Dussel, seriously, it's the AIM. It's what companies use as a platform to raise funds. Waiting years on fear of raising capital should not stop any investor. That's more of an issue with an AIM company, though of course so are large caps, though they can re-balance the balance sheet too I.e sell assets, look at tesco.Imo, dyor. | ravin146
23/11/2015 10:18 | Only tweedle d and tweedle dum don't diversify investments and hedge positions. Simples' of investment. Many burnt their fingers with the spike in this sp, but following the basics would have given opportunity to react.Dussel I'm not bothered how a balanced a view you may have, you may do, based on your profile, just worried that you've been doing this for a year or more, not just three weeks.Anyways back to fitb, imo there is more news to come, yet to name the new hires, confirm any board changes, launch commercial they have completed according to twitter and general marketing plan. Not forgetting, more contracts? Partnership renewals? More retailers (sans club)? NHS?Dyor, plenty of info on the web, imo. Gla in any position. | ravin146
23/11/2015 10:01 | ravin146 - I've posted about 5 times in the last 3 weeks re: fitbug probably taken 10 minutes, hardly an investment of time. Just providing balance/realism, that until finance is sorted investing in this is more risky than being a passenger on a ship named risky, floating on the risky sea carrying 50 barrels of extremely flamable risky using candlelight to find it's away around cape horn. I'm not suggesting you won't make money, or that fitbug is disappearing any time soon but it is risky. I'm not averse to risk myself (see PAA, which some would say is on a par with the risk here), but even by my standards it's too uncertain at this price (£5m mcap). There would be a price I buy fitb at, but financing, financing, financing is key. So don't bet the family silver on it. | dusseldorf
23/11/2015 09:59 | Dusseldorf is a well respected poster on advfn and I find often presents a very 'balanced view' on shares he follows. I often find it best to avoid comments by bulletin board champions who are obsessed with one share only. Stating the obvious, but diversification is key in these markets ... | mister md
23/11/2015 09:55 | Official launch of Kiqplan v2 then, some oldies don't understand the soft launch and regular updates that been going on with the app to get the finished product today...Monday RNS tell me more to come...marketing strategy with their new marketing hire (check linkedin for the new hire)Dyor, imo. Gla in either position. | ravin146
23/11/2015 09:52 | Dussel do you have a long or short position here? If not either, you've been a spectator for a year at least now, missed the rise and the fall lolWhy do you pass your day time posting here, for such a long time, with no intention of doing anything? Free speech and all that but slightly worried about you here?Imo, dyor | ravin146
23/11/2015 07:56 | Erm, Kiqplan v2 has been out for at least 4weeks and has 500 downloads (google play), I suspect they were waiting for 'the big surge', which didn't happen. A something and nothing RNS at best. No update on financing, you know what's next...... financing Perhaps the app will survive, but no-one knows about it, which needs Fitbit style spend, which needs £££ | dusseldorf
23/11/2015 07:51 | Maybe spike ??? No . | blackrocktrader
