("Fishing Republic" or the "Company")

Loan Agreement

Fishing Republic, the fishing tackle retailer, announces that it has agreed a secured loan of GBP500,000 from existing shareholders (the "Loan"). The Loan, which is charged at nine per cent. per annum, is repayable after one year. The Company has no other borrowings.

This funding will be used to provide additional working capital for the Company as it enters the busiest part of the fishing season. As previously announced, the Company will provide an update on trading on 11 July 2018, the date of its Annual General Meeting.
