14/11/2013 08:35 | Hi Swiss Paul - honestly I have no idea as it would be based on projected future cash flows and I don't think we have a full handle of that at the moment due to their prudent reporting ways. There would also be a premium if the acquirer had synergy benefits so my stab in the dark would be a range from 11 to 16 per share | moorsie2
13/11/2013 20:10 | Moorsie, it would not surprise me. What price do you think? | swiss paul

05/11/2013 10:51 | Well done management and staff for an excellent performance. FDP continues to carve out major opportunities in a highly competitive and complex marketplace. Good to see the share price making new highs. | eagle eye

01/11/2013 14:56 | Well I guess we will find out on Tuesday with half year results. The only caution I have is that over the last 7 years or so the pattern has been for extremely prudent results especially at half year point. If that is the case on Tuesday then it would not surprise me to see up to a 10% price correction back down in share price - before it gets back up to these levels and beyond by 2014 Qtr 1 | moorsie2
01/11/2013 09:23 | PANMURE Buy recommendation and 900p Target Price That said, the valuation (FY 2014 EV/Sales of 2.2x and EV/EBITDA of 13.2x, property-adjusted) does not look overly stretched against a backdrop of ever-larger contract wins the collaboration with NYSE Technologies being a case in point. | dewtrader
