                                  Board update 
 
 
The  Board of Finders  Resources ('Finders') announces  that Mike Stirzaker will 
stand  down  from  his  current  role  as Finance Director on 31 October 2010 to 
enable  him to take up  a senior appointment in  a leading, Sydney based natural 
resource  fund manager.   Mr Stirzaker  will, however,  continue his involvement 
with the Company as a non-executive Director. 
 
Russell  Fountain, Finders  Chairman, thanked  Mr Stirzaker  for his  efforts as 
Finance Director and said he looked forward to his involvement on the Board in a 
non-executive capacity. 
 
"Mike  has made a great contribution to Finders  in his current role and I thank 
him  for his efforts. He has played  an important role in overseeing the funding 
for the company's development, including the recent capital raising. 
 
"I'm delighted Mike is able to maintain his involvement by taking up the role of 
non-executive  Director. My  fellow Board  members and  I look forward to Mike's 
valuable input into the ongoing development of the company," he said.
