the market is making sure Shetty doesn't try to offload any shares - his only exit is to sell one of his other businesses.

This news was released on 24th of January in an RNS. The share price dropped 40% to 95p. Not priced in? The market doing what its best at, of lowering this to the absolute minimum to pick the shares up on the cheap. Balance sheet looks fine to me.

Combining a so called cyber attack with Covid-19. Do me a favour! Go find the missing £25 million I say.

Not bothered to short, already done NMC to death.

No interest in small fry.I guess a con is a con, regardless of level in the mkt.

As with NMC, you have been warned.

Anyone looked at the covenants on the Travelex debt?

Always seemed a weakish credit profile at the best of times

Bonds trading at c.25-30% discount

Thanks - fortunately not too big a loss. I'm mostly cashed up and waiting for opportunities when the dust settles

@prettygreen

You'll feel a sense of liberation, not having to constantly worry about this share. We all make mistakes, but most important is to cut losses quickly, so that they are adequately covered by our wins. Once this current stock-market bloodbath is over - and it's likely to continue for a few months - there will be some great opportunities to make up for the FIN loss, in relatively short order.

"This can never do an Eddie stobart"......any company can do an eddie Stobart, you are delusional if you think otherwise. Read the runts post....wait at least for some clarity, else you are gambling not investing!

There was a lot of mockery on this board when people 'panicked' and sold out at 90p following the PDMR on 26th Jan - I lost a few thousand on that. But it's interesting that those who knew better, and bought on the 'dip' didn't actually know what they were talking about.

The continuing saga of investors averaging down on this stock, and rationalising why the share price should be higher - and that it's a fantastic opportunity - is a great lesson in the foibles of human psychology and, in hindsight, is worth the loss of the thousands I lost on this share price

If FIN recovers to 120p or so, I might go back in, assuming we have full clarity of company ownership. Right now it's a precarious gamble, not an investment. I wouldn't be at all surprised if it does an Eddie Stobart at some point.
