Filtronic plc (AIM: FTC), the designer and manufacturer of products for the aerospace, defence, space and telecoms infrastructure markets, announces that on 22 May 2024 the Company received notification that Mr John Rockliff holds 5,919,990 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company, representing 2.73% per cent of the Company's issued share capital, and has therefore crossed below the 3% threshold required of shareholders to disclose a major holding.
