Thanks angus - it's nice to see you following this one. I had thought the prospect of taking more at 5p may not be a bad idea.

No doubt it'll all come out in the wash....eventually.

No announcement yet. I guess if they can manage without our cash then that maybe sends a better signal to the markets.

I hope they don't call on us but release some good contract news.

Do we really have world class tech? If we do why are we not a bid target at these prices?

Here's hoping we get something positive soon

Hello again everyone. Does anyone have any further news/info on the previously mentioned open offer to existing shareholders?

Thanks

sadly what has happened has happened. The positive is that the company is still here and should now have the funds to have another go. Supposedly we have world class products.lets hope.

were we really £3.50 at one point back in 2003. wow.

Thanks all..... I think what you've said confirms my thinking of the situation. I was just feeling that the o/o to all shareholders, to assist suchlike not being diluted out of existence, is rather slow coming to the surface.

Best wishes with FTC, however you go.

government selling off more 4G airwaves could be good for FTC

Lets hope so.

New shares were actually issued at 5p, not 5.5p. If the open offer to all shareholders goes ahead ( and the word is that it probably will ) then the issue would likely be on the basis of 1 new share for every 10 held ( or thereabouts ) , and the issue price would be the same at 5p. All shares would qualify for the open offer, including the new shares recently issued to institutional holders, which seems a tad too generous in their favour although one could argue that they have effectively rescued the company. Nevertheless the fact is that they have effectively bought half the company for just 5 million pounds, which would have seemed unthinkable say two or three years ago.

hi
the General public don't get a look in.
the BOD said they may offer some additional shares to existing holders but this hasn't been confirmed yet.
the institutions have all the 5.5p issue already.

come on lets have a nice sales contract please.

Together with the placing this RNS does suggest that at least the company will have the funds for a couple of years.
