Yes but the company has a market cap of about £2m and needs a minimum of £35m to regain its licence.

RNS 29/12/23 - "As previously announced the required capital for the re-application process is between £35m - £42m."

If it does secure £35m in funding the PLC will go into administration and the new £35m investors will own 100% of the new entity.
