Gemco announces "Notice of Work and Reclamation Permit"

  Mr. Dorlyn Evancic reports,

  Gemco Minerals Inc. ("Gemco") is pleased to announce that it has received
  authorization under its amended permit from the Ministry of Energy and
  Mines to carryout its exploration activities at Gemco's Burns Group
  Property near Barkerville BC. The Notice of Work and Reclamation Permit
  facilitates management's assessment to proceed with its drilling program
  on the Gold and Silver property in late June and continuing on through
  the fall.

  Further Gemco's Geologist, Robert "Ned" Reid, P.Eng., a Qualified Person
  under the meaning of Canadian National Instrument, has prepared and
  completed the 43-101 report which is now posted on Gemco's website.
  During the 2006 season, Gemco will concentrate and focus its energies and
  resources on the Burns Group Property.
