01/10/2018 15:20 | Looking better now up to 32.25p to buy | dave4545
01/10/2018 14:45 | You admit overhang still there ? | ronwilkes123
01/10/2018 14:29 | Still printing them around 31.875p although bigger blocks seem to be getting crossed at higher prices. Just takes another little surge of buying to clear any overhang in this one. | dave4545
01/10/2018 14:12 | 150k just gone through Sell or buy ? | ronwilkes123
01/10/2018 11:38 | Or maybe rise ? | ronwilkes123
01/10/2018 11:28 | Could fall back under 30p then ? | ronwilkes123
01/10/2018 11:19 | 31.03-31.95p Rest of my monitor is the same as this, not much volume and most stocks have overhangs or the mm's have more to offer than bid | dave4545
01/10/2018 11:15 | How about now Dave ? How's level 2 | ronwilkes123
01/10/2018 09:55 | Clearly there is a seller in the market as there is volume to buy at 32.095p but no takers for volume at 31p. | stemis
01/10/2018 09:46 | How's it looking now dave ;-) | ronwilkes123
01/10/2018 08:40 | Your tweets are protected | stemis
01/10/2018 08:34 | Posted a small bit of analysis on my twitter earlier. On my phone so can't publish here now, but @ericukinvestor in the interim if anyone cares. Will post here later | pireric
01/10/2018 08:26 | No 31.9p stock now but still quite near the bid of 32.4p to buy 32.03-32.4p | dave4545
01/10/2018 08:25 | hopefully that clears remaining overhang | tsmith2
28/9/2018 08:42 | Can still buy at 31.9p, weird they do not adjust quotes to 31-32p and still sit on 32-34p | dave4545
28/9/2018 07:47 | ahh right I stand corrected. still, it is a large proportion of votes. | eentweedrie
28/9/2018 00:27 | It's not 20% of the holders - it's 20% of those that voted, 4.67% of the total shares. Strange to only vote no to receiving the accounts. If you are going to protest then voting down directors is more of a vote of no confidence. Also don't think either Ransohoff or Golden Sun can have voted given that they hold more than the total votes cast: maybe some technical reasons for that. I wonder if the dissenter was old mutual/quilter since they declared holding slightly more than the amount voted and last announcement for them in May was a small sell so they could of reduced slightly since then, not that is really makes much difference to the investment case. | dangersimpson2
27/9/2018 17:23 | curious as to why 20% of s/h voted against the annual report etc as per resolution 1 | eentweedrie
27/9/2018 14:52 | Do you have the Liberum note? | stemis
27/9/2018 13:19 | am somewhat put out by the fact that no agm statement was released. bad form imv | eentweedrie
27/9/2018 12:54 | Agree Stemis. What the market is currently doing here, in my opinion, is applying a trough multiple (<5x earnings) to a pretty much trough earnings number. I.e. the perfect time to buy a recovery play. Takes time for this to correct, but then you have two levers which when working together, can create a big shift in what the market is willing to pay for the stock. I honestly think that in, even as short as 12 months, the current share price will look mental. It's not Brexit impacted, strong foothold in its key markets, and genuine revenue and cost synergies to extract in time. Pretty decent figures from ETO out today. | pireric
27/9/2018 12:05 | So the mm's quote 32-34p but you can buy at 31.9p online bit strange | dave4545 |
