Umm as James Henderson famously said you canât put a soufflé back in the oven â¦..more profit warnings to come on near 3x sales it is expensive and the only hope is a takeover but it could be longer â¦it has a brand position and distribution qualities an end user like Pepsi might well want but I think theyâll bide their time â¦.

In the back of my mind in making an investment in Fevertree, I canââ¬â¢t help but think what an obvious takeover target this would make for Diageo. Itââ¬â¢s like a perfect match for them.

Something about FEVR has peaked my interest as I always admire a British success story, but can anyone explain the drop in share price?
Seems to have a healthy financials and good revenue growth projections, also has to be a potential takeover target from the major drinks/food Goliaths. Indeed this has become the defacto mixer in pubs all over and has eclipsed the likes of schweppes (although their ginger ale is shite compared to schweppes btw - lol). Not sure how this is going in the US and other markets though?
I have a penchant for buying stock in injured puppies, as they can grow back into 3x prime pedigrees. What could possibly go wrong? ;-)
