Well I was right about sub 30p, technically it was highly probable this would happen Now where it goes from here is difficult to call. Since the next dilution has been proposed at 25p post BFS , may 20-30p consolidation ?

Mm's are playing this as if FAR did a equity raise at 30p, trying to dupe unsuspecting and impatient holders. Not surprised in the slightest! Obviously as knowledgeable investors know the transfer of shares to new/existing shareholders @ 30p is a huge positive. The smart will be loading up massively at this price, less than what the II paid for 16.7m shares yesterday. Lets see where this goes over the next few weeks/months.

Looks good around here as we await newsflow over the coming months as news breaks if your in it will gap up on nrws ECT takes the day traders out of the picture

Black 'negative' down candles completely inside the large White 'positive' up candle so my TA based slingshot theory still holds supporting my fundamental +ve view

And given 30p II placing has put a floor under it and IIs will now be in accumulation mode the next relevant upside targets are 78p and 171p

Xstrata had big $1bn+ ferro alloy business in South Africa so that is a great sign that Mick is bringing one of his trusted lieutenants with him

Excellent VSA video, I thought the body language on the Mick and Nick video spoke volumes. It’s very clear who pulls the strings here, Mick looked bored when Nick was speaking and started reading documents, I hope we will see the end of NB within 12 months. Mick stated that he is bringing in one of his own to the board “in due course” with delivery experience, hopefully they will become the new CEO.

And yes I did slice into the original rise , that is my strategy with fast risers .But then I hold the rest for long term and add if further news is positive Is that not permitted or should just buy and never sell That is strategy I do not visit several bulletin boards and ramp the hell out of my investments

Yes I noticed that statement by Mick Davies, "backstopping" the full investment for Phase 1 as I said last week: no one else will get a look in!

The implication from the video was that FAR may not in fact need the full $30M from VBR - ie. the economics and credibility are so good that they might be able to do a 20:80 or even 15:85 equity:debt ratio in the final funding package. I suppose it will depend on the final BFS.

Assuming the placing is concluded tonight, once any traders and weak hands move on out, 30p is a new base and anyone wanting to buy into the story in quantity has to do it in the open market (confirmed effectively by VSA video at around 21 mins).

The pricing of the transfer will be see as a placing price so it will sit here in the 30's for a bit unfortunately

Fantastic interview with Sir Mick And equally brilliant news about transfer of NB shares to Institutional Investors at MINIMUM 30 pence. Should now provide 30p as a very strong support. If market's are efficient, the price should fly up on today's news, the pricing of transfer is extremely positive! Onwards and upwards
