They are but there is more to it if you research SGD. That is why the future could be very interesting for both stocks.

And FAR said they would consider mergers in their finals. Would be a departure from SGD "manned guarding" side of the business though, but don't SGD want or already are into School/college campus guarding? Ripe for a bit of CCTV action! LOL

I have had SGD on my watch list for ages but the share price just doesn't seem to do anything (unlike the company which is vey active in buying other companies). My point though was that FAR may well be one of those companies that SGD has it's eye on.

bbd2 - I think sometime soon people will wake upto SGD. Looking at the fundamentals it seems undervalued and a very possible takeover target.

The trade for 2.5m was at 1p so must be a sell.
