17 Jan 2025 16:29Frustrating at times seeing the share price stagnate but day traders trying to make a few quid I guess.Watched Nick getting interviewed again and the main focus seems to be getting samples out to rubber/ tyre manufacturers to get this off take agreement sorted out.My own view is this will be certainly done this quarter as with 2 x offtakes for both Vanadium and CBS we'll have no issues at all with the financing of the phase 1 plant. I'm really looking forward to the news breaking because when this gets all it's ducks in a row this will multiply quite quickly. Good luck to all investors, just don't be out when the news gets released or you'll be kicking yourselves.

I missed the RNS yesterday, great news, investors need to know the size of the Vanadium reserves already revealed and even before the in coming FS the company has stated the company's massive reserve is so big Ferro will be able to control the world's Vanadium prices.

The RNS on the 2 Dec again the company has stated the amount of carbon black Ferro can produce will be able to control the price of C/black world wide.

Plus there is many more products coming on stream that could be worth £m's involving batteries & battery storage all needed in the new world of net zero carbons.

Any drop in the share price is only temporary until the penny drops.
Target £1 for starters then heading towards £2.

Levinson.
I would look at the $45m of investors funds spent getting to almost zero revenue.
Why would anybody take them over? They can manufacture black carbon substitute perfectly well elsewhere.

Same old jam tomorrow, NB looking forward to a much improved next quarter. Does he think we are stupid!! Time for him to exit. So many inconsistencies with his comments, an investor doesn’t have any confidence with these news releases. Shocking loss again and feasibility study now expected next April at the earliest.

I’m now starting to think VB may well pull their investment.

Mesb48, the problem is the uncertainties of RNSs released, one minute NB is saying all is well and a corner has been turned and then the next minute he drops an announcement like the last one. It’s certainly not helping potential investors from investing. I for one won’t be investing further until they have shown that they have consistently turned a corner. I don’t think the feasibility study release will result in a major sustained rerate in the share price, solely because of the ongoing risk of shareholder dilution until phase 1 is operational, which is likely to be late 2026, possibly 2027, if it goes ahead.

of course they would love to buy more, and on the cheap, they are not an altruistic investor and no doubt dream of control

Going nowhere but downhill at the moment.
Why?

Four possibilities for starters for discussion

Can investors trust Kazakhstan not to change the rules?

How achievable are management objectives?

Has Vanadium been over ramped - In other words what is the realistic future for the Flow Battery technology?

Are brokers guestimates believable?

Other possible problems - for discussion.

Any long term holders thinking of adding here? Volume is still low and the newsflow over the remaining year could actually attract some more investors.
