Jailbird, I am aware that Bridgen may need to sell a big chunk of shares for personal reasons, but that has no relationship to the company's prospects (which are very good IMHO).

And even if it is 30M shares (the RNS of March 2020 only refers to a "partial payment"), just look at the increased volume for the last few months - a lot more than during the peak of the Covid crisis, when volume was very low.

Given the increased volumes, it won't take too long to sell 30M. Or he may find another institutional investor or HNW willing to take the lot off his hands. If not and he has to sell in the market (say 500k per day), when there's a biggish seller in the market is often a good time to buy at bargain prices.

Jailbird I'm surprised you haven't heard the phrase before, with 18 years on ADVFN?

It means they hold a large number of shares, and are therefore especially incentivised to deliver shareholder value!

In some companies the directors only have very small shareholdings so they don't have a lot to lose if they c*ck it up.

What does a lot of skin in their game mean ?This is being traded up and now.It needs cash to deliver its targets and CEO is not upto it in my opinion

Looking very encouraging here, in terms of possible news flow in the coming months. I bought in substantially (by my standards) yesterday and today, several of my trades gone through delayed this morning. I like the fact that the management have a lot of skin in the game.
