RNS Number:4459L Feedback PLC 10 January 2008 Feedback plc (the "Company" or "Feedback") Directorate Change The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Burt, aged 65, as non-executive Chairman of the Company. Mr Burt has spent his career in investment banking and is a director of Forester Maclean Limited, Damik Limited and Lumsal Investment Developments Limited. Mr Burt was previously head of UK corporate finance of Scandinavian Bank Limited and was appointed to the boards of various client companies. This included the appointment to the board of Yorkdale Group plc, a private company that was a banking client of Mr Burt's employer Scandinavian Bank Limited. In 1992, Yorkdale Group plc was found to be in breach of the Companies Act 1985 regarding financial assistance. Consequently, in 1993, certain of the directors of Yorkdale Group plc, including Mr Burt, were prohibited from acting as directors. In Mr Burt's case, he was prohibited from acting as a director for 3 years however he retained his regulatory status within both the Securities and Futures Authority and the Investment Management Regulatory Organisation. Mr Burt is authorised by the Financial Services Authority. In December 1991, Yorkdale Group plc was placed into administrative receivership by Scandinavian Bank Limited who was owed approximately £2.5 million but received a nil payout. Mr Burt resigned from Yorkdale Group in November 1991. Save for the information disclosed above, there is no other information in relation to Michael Burt required to be disclosed pursuant to AIM Rule 17.
