                                 Feedback PLC
             - Statement by Chairman at Annual General Meeting -

At the Annual General Meeting held today the Chairman, David Harding, stated
that "my remarks in my statement on Current Trading contained in the Group's
Annual Report and Accounts, which was published on 20 June 2000, were, of
course, made on the basis of information then available. I emphasised at that
time that predicting the timing of larger projects remained uncertain and this
continues to make forecasting difficult. This was and remains particularly
applicable to Feedback Instruments and our joint venture company, TekniCAL,
which form the educational side of the Group.

At both these companies prospects remain very encouraging but there has been
some delay on the part of certain customers in finalising anticipated
business. This has led to Group sales levels to date running behind
expectations, which is likely to lead to the interim results for the six
months to 30 September 2000 showing a first half year loss.

I can confirm that Feedback Data continues to trade satisfactorily and that
the level of interest and potential business for the Group's products
generally remains high. It is likely that the Group will carry a healthy
order book through to the second half year and, accordingly, the Board
continues to be confident about the Group's future prospects".
