17/7/2020 15:44 | Think it will be geographical. Penrith in the wintertime. Gotta be Devon & Cornwall for the summertime, surely. | lr2
17/7/2020 15:27 | I am ok thanks LR2. Not much liquidity there currently. I wonder which trust is at the front of the queue for the “roll-out̶ They must be ready to start switching them on now that they have some cash and the team in place. Do you think they will do it alphabetically? Or maybe geographically? Or all at once would be nice! | ducatiman

15/7/2020 11:25 | They have certainly assembled a good business team, just one thing missing, business. | ducatiman
15/7/2020 10:07 | Looking at the RNS this morning I noticed Rory Shaw's comments:- "strong experience within the technology sector, especially fundraising, capital markets and M&A." I thought fundraising can't possibly be why he's here so I thought perhaps M&A. Looking at Linkedin:- I am a hands-on, energetic chartered accountant (FCA), IPO specialist and strategic CFO. Always interested in discussing interesting new opportunities (interim and permanent). ● Board-level business partner – strategy, planning, operations, fundraising and governance. ● IPO specialist – successful IPO of European mobile cyber security business; adviser to 50+ capital markets transactions raising over £4bn. ● Investor relations – IPO, results, funding presentations; contentious stakeholder management and profits warning experience. ● Reporting and control – design and delivery of relevant, accurate and timely financial information. ● Treasury – cash flow and capital structure management. ● Taxation – cross-border IP and transfer pricing strategy. ● M&A – due diligence, valuation, SPA and integration experience. ● Extensive working relationships with investors, brokers, analysts and bankers. ● Overseas experience – France, Silicon Valley, Italy; fluent French and conversational German. How exciting I thought especially reading points 2,6,7 and 9 But he was appointed in January to:- "advise the board on financial reporting, cash flow management, fundraising and related governance." So Philipp Prince has been an advisor since January! If the placing is anything to go by he doesn't do such a bad job but I'm no longer excited and I'm inclined to agree with you two. At least he bought some shares! | ged5
15/7/2020 08:48 | That’s the story so far Yump. I wonder how busy the accounts manager they appointed some months ago has been? Hopefully a change soon. | ducatiman
15/7/2020 08:18 | Some people should have a portfolio of companies that are constantly announcing partnerships, non-news, running investor roadshows, podcasts, vox etc and see how that does against the market. I think it would be ver disappointing. Just as with individuals, the more they’re into bigging up what they’re doing, the less they’ve actually accomplished. | yump
15/7/2020 07:17 | More jobs for the boys, about time the boys started to earn their keep! | ducatiman
14/7/2020 17:34 | Normal service is resumed as they start splashing the cash, lol. | ducatiman
14/7/2020 17:05 | Chart not looking so healthy now. You need to feed these markets with communication and FDBK are not so good at that. | brasso3
14/7/2020 12:07 | Interesting tweets this morning from a doctor. Come on Feedback, you've got the cash. Doctors need you! Dr Gordon Caldwell@doctorcaldw I’d like as a Hospital Doctor to have access to the core clinical information for any #NHS patient whose care I become accountable for - I’m accountable if care goes wrong but #NHS seems to deny its responsibility to give me timely reliable understandable facts about your health If a person travels from resident in #England #Wales or #NI and falls severely ill in #Oban #Scotland I have to work totally in the dark with zero background information on Diagnoses, Meds, life threatening allergies, recent treatments - so dangerous but somehow, I’m accountable I spend about 2hours in the days before a 3hours outpatient clinic Hunter Gathering the basic clinical information I need to make the consultations of more value to the patients @Jeremy_Hunt | ged5
13/7/2020 20:14 | That 5 mil trade was from last Friday. | lr2
13/7/2020 20:01 | Yes strange that the £50k sell did not move the price. | brasso3
13/7/2020 19:59 | A few trades this afternoon at 1.01p including 5 million after the close. My guess is tomorrow we might see a sizeable buy trade to soak up this stock. | kinwah
11/7/2020 13:27 | I was actually referring to 10m daily trade volume as mentioned by Brasso. Your figures however are very appealing! | ducatiman
11/7/2020 13:20 | Could be Duc. The UK has 150,000 doctors and 320,000 nurses. If Feedback grab 5% of that then they would have 23,500 x £10 x 12 = £2.82 million a year. The rest of the world has 10-15 mil doctors and nursing staff at comparable NHS levels means another 21.3 - 32.0 mil users. Say they grab 0.5% world market share to start - 50,000 doctors and 106,500 nursing staff. 156,500 x £10 x 12 = £18.78 mil. That's £21.6 mil a year total income from Bleepa. Assume a PE ratio of 20 for a growth company maybe - £432 mil mcap. Yep, £10 mil mcap could be buttons. | lr2 |
