Megan, you must be hugely disappointed to date with your investment. As I am. What is your view now of our non shareholding CEO? He was going to improve shareholder communication but now he won’t take calls or reply to emails. At 0.575 he doesn’t see the share price as an opportunity!!
If they need more cash I would be gobsmacked, £2m obtained a few months ago!! An accounts manager recruited with no accounts to manage, lol.
Let’s hope the recent recruitments have been made because they are going to be busy.
I don’t have any problems with the lack of further pilot studies, there is one soon to end within the NHS at Oldham. No need for anymore within the NHS, other trusts will follow Oldham.
Will the 200 fluoroscopy upgrades become 2,000? How much revenue from this.
We don’t know the answers but if the future was good surely directors would be mopping up stock at this level.
When they buy I will add.
GLA, duc.

They need to prove Bleepa works and is wanted / needed and fast. NHS is notoriously difficult to sell into but they are in a real sweet spot with patient data confidentiality and ability to share clinical grade pics. Can they / will they deliver ? I bloody hope so and preferably without further large scale dilution. In current market any and all sells are getting hammered price wise. Not just Feedback. I have no insight here and hurting as much as many / most. But no havent been selling.

Surely they need to focus on cutting costs and producing income. No more highly paid staff along for the ride. Tragic what's happened here. Seems like a placing is coming with more dilution. Previously said I would buy back at 0.7. Now I'm thinking 0.35 as a punt in case they ever get out their own way. Gla, have a good weekend.

I wonder if Megan is still about. She took part in the last placing.

Or Davydoo since he tried to take part.

Or perhaps George was trying cryptically to tell us he was taking part. Maybe that's the real reason he's been selling. :-))

Desflurane please explain. A low share price isn't always a disaster especially if you sold at a higher price!

Thinking the same thing myself, Bearbulls.

Digger, if its just the share price then no. Looking at a long term chart it looks like it was down at .25p back in 2013/14.

You'd think they'd be buying now, Ducatimam

Hi Ged, sister out of hospital yesterday after 2nd heart operation. Am with her at present and trying to get her to rest / sleep as much as possible. Tricky as she is used to doing stuff all day long.

Anyway, back to Hospify. It might interest the Bleepa naysayers that Hospify doesn't integrate with Electronic Patient Records (EPR) either.

Hi Lr2,

I hope all is well with you these days.

I wasn't expecting to see these prices again. TO needs to get some news out.

A few buyers about today.

Hospify is £180 a year for a max of 50 mobiles. Definitely not free. Also as Ged says above it doesn't do clinical grade images, it merely sends photos within the group users.

From memory it was discussed earlier on this thread. The free app that costs £3.60 and isn't clinical grade images.

I've put £3.60 in my spreadsheet and they would need 30 hospitals out of the 1257 to sign a contract to achieve 4p on a PE of 20.

Interesting times. A few selling. One or two realising a bargain down here.

We could do with some figures for the US deal.

News of a few pilots should enable the seller/s to achieve lower losses.

The hospify article I read was from 3 days ago. It's free and removes the what's app issue which I imagine was the key nhs concern. Does anyone care enough about clinical images to pay a monthly fee per user? My guess would be no.

Sorry for posting old news?

Just a couple of big holders selling. Horsford and Coffecups on LSE have posted as such, each for a different reason. Big sellers are bound to have an effect on the share price Then there's the smaller holders seeing the share price fall and panicking.

With the competition from the forward app and now hospify this is not looking good at all. Sorry folks ??

Hi George,

I agree with you about the interview in that there were too many questions not asked. Figures are needed for the US deal so what was the problem? Figures lower than we expect or some confidentiality agreement?

We don't know yet how much Adam Denning is getting paid, if anything. Let's see if he adds value.

I've seen your posts on LSE and note your dissatisfaction with emails and phone calls being ignored. I haven't had any reply to my last email sent a few weeks ago.

Going through the interview many times I did think this bit gave hope:-

"Actively engaging in a number of different locations

Trying to convert them to pilot sites.

We believe the sale process of Bleepa will be one of Pilot then into conversion once we’ve proven at individual sites the benefit.

Long runway but advantage is once your in and proven the customer is very sticky so the lifetime value is pretty high

So right now engaging with multiple pilot sites and trying to get them to agree to start a pilot.

Looking at lots of different clinical settings. Announce as soon as they’ve landed one.

Exploring private space in UK and Internationally

Other sectors eg veterinary services

Cash:Decent runway

Enough to get through a few more pilots"

I was hoping for 1 or 2 pilots to be announced this week or next, followed by 5or 6 more and so on. I'm looking for 12 out of the 1257 hospitals in the UK to have contracts. Without the US income that should give 3p on a PE of 20.

Slow going, I agree but I think there is some hope.

Best of luck whatever you decide to do. I just wish TO would stop being dictated to by advisors (probably with their own agenda) and answer straightforward questions to investors such as you.
