Price pulled back for the instis to add possibly.
And now that they have, back up it goes. |
Nice bit of volume in the trades today. |
Bought a few on potential turn |
FDM got a write up here yesterday: |
As charts go that is one strange cat - about as strange as calling your consultant force mounties lol MMs & traders not taking it seriously & riding it over the fences & gallops perhaps? Giddyup Buttercup :)
But the fundies & news are both strong - accelerating profit growth - v low debt ratios - v hi roe's etc - good plough back% - light agile infrastructure & so on - so i think it will go upto around 1200 and poss beyond - but don't be surprised if it takes an unusual route lol (cos its unusual there are diff ways to draw it - 1200 is the most obvious projection, 1060 & esp '1420' also line up on the fibs)
Looking at the obv which should be surging on strong news & fundies other folks think it's a bit weird too - so possibly having a non city culture has held back the reigns a bit - one wonders if a better image/PR consultant may be beneficial perhaps? If they keep doing those strong numbers tho that cld change & draw in a wider audience

Waiting for a pullback so I can add.....
I'm might have to wait a while by the looks of it. |
This is a model which has a long way to go. The scale of this now makes it very hard to replicate. Plenty more to come going forward. |
Cheers Kcr69 - as ever "I wish I'd bought more".
All the best. |
Back in prior to results, sounds good:
"-the Board anticipates that the Group's performance for the full year will be comfortably ahead of its previous expectations."

Trading ex dividend today - blue close? |
This should move from FTSE Small Cap to FTSE 250 in June.
If quiet threads equate to good investments - this one must be a cracker!

Revs up ca. 40%. High margin business, profits should pass straight down so maybe looking at EPS of 30p, ahead of market expectations. Still holding. |
Share price going great guns on very little volume in a general market that has the momentum of someone wading through treacle. Quality business, but expensive now. |
Read Stockdale Securities's note on FDM GROUP HOLDINGS, out this morning, by visiting hxxps://www.research-tree.com/company/GB00BLWDVP51 "FDM has had a strong start to 2016 with very solid Q1 trading. Growth in Mountie headcount in the quarter was ahead of track for both consensus and our estimates, and led to a significant increase in revenue YoY. However positive our outlook on FDM’s prospects, amidst sustained concerns over the global macro backdrop, and with customers potentially worried over Brexit, we leave our forecasts unchanged at this early stage in the year...." |
"The Group has delivered a strong operational and financial performance for the first quarter of 2016; Mounties deployed on client sites for the week commencing 28 March 2016 stood at 2,241, an increase of 563 Mounties over 2015 (week commencing 30 March 2015 1,678 Mounties deployed on client sites). Mountie revenues for the quarter to 31 March 2016 were 36.6% higher than the same quarter in 2015. Total revenues for the quarter to 31 March 2016 were 14.2% higher than the corresponding 2015 quarter as our planned reduction in non-Mountie contractor headcount continues.
The Group continues to invest to deliver long term, sustainable growth and the Board remains confident of meeting its expectations for the full year."
I must say, total revenue for the quarter up only 14.2% is kind of disappointing. |
What's with the sudden 380k sell order close to the breakout point at share price 580p? If it pierces through the 585p area on good volume I'm buying. |
results out today: quality business |
