PS who does not use accounting gymnastics these days that is why the UK audit profession is held in such disdain

Interesting article in the Phoenix this week. Not exactly complimentary and citing accounting gymnastics mainly the spend of 10.7 m on software development and only capitalised 8.6m which boosts bottom line by 2m.Can't justify trading at 31 p/e multiple and slowing growth and no obvious successor the BC(RIP)

Normally, I find your arguments cogent and so I'm assuming I have misinterpreted what you are saying here. Do you mean FD should ignore the articles released by ShareProphets? Or do you mean they need not, in your opinion, make a public statement about the lawsuit?

I am sure Aqua has been eating into revenues of FDP. The relationship between the companies was lukewarm at best.

I fear with no senior driving influence FDP price will plummet further.

Don't think aqua are in the same space. FDP was supposed to be industry leaders and after the Red Bull deal it was assumed more enterprise growth would follow. The announcement of an extra 300 developers now appears to have been a red herring to disguise declining nett income and it is now seen as a "come and get me" before we become unaffordable. Well TW put the kibash on that when he challenged some of the accounting and the sad demise of BC has left them naked. Market has lost confidence in these bozos I'm am a long suffering holder so those that claim that any negative comment is the work of a short have decided to ignore reality and that is clearly seen in the collapse in market cap

If the projections and sales figures have been massaged same thing applies.

With share price falling staff retention via options is diminished.


Can the senior management react? A vote of
Confidence would be a set of director buys.

Looks TW was right Nothing now but stock in free fall being further discredit and thereby any client will run a mile fearing a serious underlying undisclosed issue with either accounting gymnastics or software security issues

my outlook now is flat here so people can see how transition happens and what planning was achieved in last months
