The moment you finally give up on a share tends to be the time it comes good.

Sods law and all that.

The mm's are being fed by constant pi sellers giving up so they have no need to move the price, they are making a tidy sum on the margin between buys and sells with little effort. They are busy elsewhere with the spike decimal stocks

Off you trot then. The problem for some on here is that the Directors just cant invent news. We have invested in a number of companies which we don't control and therefore news flow is entirely in the hands of those companies. If you are an impatient person this is not a share for you.

Vogogo wasn’t a share purchase so we haven’t lost anything with that. It was a debenture and warrant deal. So if the share price increased we could purchase at a discount and if it went down we would still have interest paid on our original investment which remains intact. Best of both worlds type of deal.

Mind you, Vogogo has collapsed since then losing 60% of its value so there's 700k gone pop. Arguably Factom & EMMAC might be up. You'd have thought they would have got an up to date value for the presentation.

Would anyone care to speculate what these are worth?

The presentation valued the investments at £15.5m (Sept 2018) + 2m so would you say that at 16.27 we are around fair value?

No point NAV would be based on last fundraise for each entity which will not be far away from published accounts at any point in time. Will only be uplifted on an exit or a new fundraise.

The problem with this company, investing in private companies, is that you don't get a NAV every day. We are therefore left to speculate what it might be worth. How about a NAV every day? - is that too much to ask, based on an estimate of the value of the holding?

Can anyone work it out based on their holdings? using sa 10 as a PE for every company or an estimate of future value?

Price will look like it's opened down in the morning because last trade uncrossed at 10p so it should open down 0.25p but actually unchanged at 9.5-10p

Seems to be moving online on every buy. Now 9.88p offer. Those early sellershave gifted their stock to the mm's

Cannabis is a hot investment theme at the moment so it will perhaps encourage some new investors to take a look at FFWD. Whilst they are looking at its investment in EMMAC they may also notice its other excellent investments.

Hopefully that will give the share price a bit of a boost. Normally shares in the Mail tips column gain 10% or so the following Monday. Although not in the tips column it may still stir a bit of interest, even though some concerns were also raised. There are a lot of investors looking for new cannabis investments.

There is an article in the Mail on Sunday about companies coming to London who are investing in Cannabis which is predicted to be a £100 Billion industry. The article specifically mentions 4 companies one of which is FFWD’s investment in EMMAC.

Can buy for 9.5p online after a small sale below the bid.

Lots of selling everywhere today at lows, pi's seem to be in panic impatient mode
and are giving their stock away.

Official NAV increases as share price has inversely decreased. We have reached gift territory folks as we wait for Vemo PREMIUM raise to increase NAV further.

We know it’s now closed...let’s wait for the huge news..
