On Intensity Twitter 2 hours ago that they have raised $6.5 million in their Series B fund raising at a 150% premium to the Series A fund raising.

I see you've been busy jonesyboy / doggo / damned united. Like you've so rightly quoted Saladino is no fool. He wouldn't pay 17p a share for 10% of this for the hope of a small % increase, he's invested for something much greater, he's obtained all the knowledge from Lorne that the PIs haven't even touched upon yet. Smart move investing with options with Vogogo as they have dropped around 80% since we invested, yet we haven't lost a penny on the deal, fair enough DBC and schoold failed, but they were never to be the big gainers here. Hang on and we should see this rise once there is a sniff of news.

*Peter Saladino Bought 9.37% of FFWD for 17.6p expressly for FACTOM
*Leap got a multinational strategic investor IMG who acquired 25%, FFWD increased their holding to 47%
*took part in Intensity series B maintaining their %. Intensity results their lead drug has been shown to shrink cancer tumours in humans. From a related parties investor file for series B, they expect either an IPO, outright sale or Big Pharma partnership.
*invested a further $6 million into Factom at a value of $8 million. Factom await phase 4 results from field testing with US Department of Homeland Security, await series B closing, await 30+ NDAs to be revealed with Fortune 100 & Fortune 1000 companies. Still continue to work with the Bill Gates Foundation.
*Vogogo now mining 1% of the total worldwide Bitcoin
*Juvenescence to IPO Q1 and starting series B funding imminently
*Yooya majority SH expect to see several IPO/trade sales within their PF

That is no longer the actual NAV and the share price is ridiculously oversold. This always trades above NAV and anyone who has sold has sold at exactly the wrong time with the news now stacked in holders favour

Tough times in the markets, I doubt that many investors or traders have been making money over the last few months and this share isn't immune to current negative sentiment.

there will be directors buys here soon if this drops much more-another leg down possible for tech and this will fall,....i would meelon and co would have to come in at say 8p ....

with this type of scenario nothing has changed and given the progress of the investee companies one should be averaging and buying more, this is sentiment only driven selling, nothing more

The same happened with salvarex for me when it fell at one time to 20p and i averaged down, and then... bang !!

It takes balls esp when you have a relatively significant position and you;re under water but if this goes much lower it becomes a compelling buy opportunity, Mellon bought recently at what 13p did he not

I have a feeling factom might disappoint but it only takes 1 or 2 of the investee companies to make it big here for a really good return; take a 3-5 year view for christ sake.....
