Cumbrian, I don't anticipate any immediate rush to release cash from the investment in BLU, but it's good to have the option available now if the share price suddenly shoots upwards!

OK that we could release the cash but likely to be at a discount to our current ''book value'' for the shares in BLU. Difficult to believe that there will not be a substantial discount to the market price to place such a large quantity -BLU already down 10% today which is not a surprise. We need dome news which may have a positive effect on our share price which will not be from this particular RNS.

RNS out. Our holding of Blue Star shares are no longer subject to the previously agreed lock-in period. This presumably means we can cash in, under agreeable terms. Gives us more flexibility and a means of raising cash, which has got to be good news.

Even more incredible than FFWD not publicizing the news DB4 shared is that Leap Gaming themselves can't even be bothered to add the news to their website:

The January RNS stated that the IPO was expected to be completed in the first half of 2017. We would hear of the price in advance of the listing and completion could easily be well before the end of June. So, in theory, we could know numbers some time in May - not too long wait ........ maybe !

The link on leap that DB posted will be great to attract interest in ffwd, the closer we get to half year end the better the share price will get, I think this could be very close to the bottom now gla

Actually I thought the timing if the RNS was good on Friday, can you imagine the possible carnage if that news had been released during trading hours? No big deal that Dattels has resigned, if it had been Jim Mellon or Lorne Abony then the sentiment would be different. Hopefully this will be the bottom Cumbrian, our CEO and Chairman need to get their acts together. Lorne Abony keeps banging on about bringing value to shareholders -okay, let us see it.

Good find doodlebug! I am really surprised that FFWD don't issue an RNS with news such as this (and the GVC contract extension)Gawd knows that the share price could do with all the help it can get! Hopefully will all add to the LEASP IPO valuation

Imho, Dattels area of expertise is mining, after a few torrid years in the natural resources sector, FFWD would have been a welcome diversification that could keep him busy. Now we've seen a recovery in natural resources, reflation trades and a general positive outlook globally, I would not be surprised if Dattels is looking to focus again on what he knows best. Or he could just be winding down ;)

Perhaps the departure of Dattels will be a turning point for the company, reading between the lines he wasn't totally in tune with Lorne and Jim.

If we did have revenue figures for Yooya we certainly wouldn't be languishing down here at this share price
